With this section, you can track Normal Groups, Social Campaign Groups, and Excel-uploaded groups from a single interface.
Group List (Left Panel) – Shows all available groups
Search Groups – Filter by name or keyword using the search box
Group Dropdown – Switch between boards:
Board → Normal groups created manually
Social Board → Groups created from Facebook/Instagram campaigns
Excel → Groups formed via Excel uploads
End-to-End Visibility – From group → broadcasts → user-level stats
Performance Analysis – Quickly identify which broadcasts had maximum engagement
Actionable Insights – Spot failed messages (Not Sent) and retry with updated numbers
