Creating a Collaborator in Go4Whatsup CRM allows you to give controlled access to your team members based on predefined Roles & Permissions. Follow the steps below to easily set up a new collaborator and manage user access efficiently.
Before adding a collaborator, first set up the required Role & Permission according to what type of access this user should have.
This ensures the collaborator will only access the allowed features inside Go4Whatsup.
Go to:
Dashboard → Manage Collaborator
This section lets you add new collaborators, edit existing users, assign roles, and manage access levels.
Click on Create Collaborator.
Fill in the required fields:
Name
Mobile Number
Email ID
Role & Permission (select the one you created earlier)
Description (Optional) — Add any notes or role details if needed.
Click Submit.
Your new Collaborator will be created successfully and added to your team.

A Collaborator is a team member who can access Go4Whatsup CRM based on the Role & Permission you assign.
Yes. You can create multiple Roles & Permissions and assign unique access levels.
You can add as many collaborators as your plan allows. Check your plan details inside the CRM.
Yes, you can edit the collaborator anytime and update their role or permissions.
This happens when the Role & Permission assigned does not include access to those features.
Edit the permissions to enable required access.
