Follow the steps below to create a new role with customized permissions.
From your Go4Whatsup dashboard, open the Role & Permission section.
This page allows you to manage user access for your entire team.
Click the Create Role button to start adding a new role.
Provide a clear and meaningful Role Name (e.g., Sales Agent, Support Team, Manager, Billing Staff).
You may add a short description to explain the purpose of this role.
This helps in future access management.
Under the Account Permissions section:
Select the permissions you want to give to this role
Tick the checkbox for each module or feature
Only the selected sections will be visible to the users assigned to this role
This ensures proper access control, security, and workflow organization.
Click Submit.
Your role will be created successfully and will appear in the Role List. You can now assign this role to collaborators.
