Creating a Group in Go4Whatsup helps you manage contacts efficiently for WhatsApp Broadcast Campaigns, customer segmentation, and bulk messaging using the WhatsApp Business API.
Follow the steps below to create and manage groups inside your Go4Whatsup CRM.
Go to the Create Group option in your Go4Whatsup dashboard.
Enter the Group Name (this will help you identify the group later).
(Optional) Add details in the About Us section.
If you do not want to add any description, you can skip this step.
Upload an Excel file if you want to add contacts in bulk (optional).
Click on Submit – the group will be created successfully.
You can add contacts to a group in two ways:
Click on the “+” icon.
Enter the Name and Phone Number.
Click on Submit to save the contact.
Upload an Excel file with customer names and phone numbers.
The contacts will be added to the selected group automatically.
