WhatsApp Broadcast Campaigns allow you to send bulk messages to your customers instantly using the WhatsApp Business API. With Go4whatsup, creating and launching a broadcast campaign becomes extremely simple — no technical skills required.
This guide will help you understand how to create a WhatsApp Broadcast, select your audience, design templates, and track campaign performance.
A Broadcast Campaign in Go4Whatsup allows you to send WhatsApp messages in bulk using pre-approved WhatsApp Templates. Follow the steps below to create and schedule your campaign easily.
Go to Campaign Message
Open your Go4Whatsup dashboard and navigate to the Campaign Message section.
Click on Create Campaign
Start a new broadcast by clicking the Create Campaign button.
Select the Group
Choose the customer group or segment you want to send the broadcast to.
Choose the Template
Select a WhatsApp Business Template approved by Meta.
Enter the Title and Description
Add a clear title and description to identify the campaign.
Click Submit
Your broadcast will be sent instantly to all selected contacts.
If you want to send your WhatsApp campaign later:
Tick “Click here to Schedule Broadcast.”
Select the Type, Date, and Time for sending.
Click Submit – your broadcast will be scheduled successfully.
This is useful for product launches, reminders, festive campaigns, and promotional messages.

Follow these steps to track the performance of your WhatsApp campaign:
Go to Campaign Messages.
Click on Campaign History.
Select the campaign you want to view.
Click the Eye (👁) icon to see detailed insights.
Here, you will find:
Total Customers Messaged
Message Read Count
Customer Responses
Not Sent Messages
For Not Sent, click the (i) info icon to check the exact reason.
Under Meta’s Healthy Ecosystem Policy, if a customer receives messages from multiple WhatsApp APIs:
Meta may temporarily block message delivery for that number.
After 24 hours, you can send messages again to that customer.
This is normal and applies across all WhatsApp API providers.
