### Chatbot Trigger Issue & Solution
Issue:
* When a customer sends a message, the chatbot triggers only once.
* If the customer does not complete the chatbot flow, it will not trigger again on the second message.
Solution:
1. To re-trigger the chatbot for such customers:
* Close the ticket where this issue occurred.
* When the customer sends a new message, the chatbot will trigger again.
2. Alternatively:
* If the customer completes the chatbot flow on their first message, then from the next messages onward, the chatbot will continue to trigger normally.
