The Campaign History section in Go4WhatsUp provides a complete record of all WhatsApp campaigns you have created—past, ongoing, and scheduled. It helps you monitor campaign performance, analyze customer engagement, and re-engage users if messages were not delivered.
This section is essential for businesses using WhatsApp Business API, bulk WhatsApp broadcasting, chatbot campaigns, and promotional messaging.
Every campaign you create (broadcast, chatbot, or promotional campaign) is stored here.
You can view campaign status: Completed, Scheduled, Cancelled, Queued, or In Progress.

Helps identify best-performing WhatsApp templates and CTAs.
A business owner wants to measure how many customers responded to a festival sale WhatsApp broadcast.
You scheduled a Diwali Sale Campaign to run weekly until the festival.
From Campaign History, you see:
Total Sent → 10,000
Received → 9,200
Read → 7,800
Response → 2,300 (clicked “Shop Now”)
You notice 800 messages marked as Not Sent.
