The Social Campaign section in Go4WhatsUp allows businesses to track, manage, and respond to campaigns run on Facebook and Instagram. It supports both Normal Leads (responses from ads) and Lead Forms (form submissions via Facebook Lead Ads).
With this feature, you can auto-respond to leads via WhatsApp, assign tickets to team members, and ensure no customer is missed.
Displays campaigns from Facebook and Instagram Ads in two tabs:
Normal Lead Tab → Ad responses (includes images, collaborators, status)
Lead Form Tab → Form submissions from Facebook Lead Ads

A coaching center runs a Facebook ad → “Download Free Course Guide.”
Students submit the lead form on Facebook.
If a student provides a mobile number → Go4WhatsUp auto-sends a welcome WhatsApp template and assigns the ticket to a sales representative.
If no mobile number → Form details (name, email, interest) are saved in the system for manual follow-up via email or call.

Setup Steps:
Connect your Facebook account
Grant permissions:
leads_retrieval → Fetch lead form data
pages_manage_metadata → Manage ads
Select your portfolio, page, and ad accounts
Once connected → Lead form data flows into Go4WhatsUp
Lead Form Detail Screen:
Shows all customers who submitted the form
Two lists displayed:
Forms with Mobile Number → Customers can be auto-replied on WhatsApp
Forms without Mobile Number → Data is saved; manual follow-up required
Admin Actions:
Mobile number present → Auto-send template + assign ticket
No mobile → Store data for reference; no direct WhatsApp reply
Go to Lead Form Tab → Click Connect Facebook
Log in and select business portfolio, pages, and ad accounts
Approve permissions (leads_retrieval and pages_manage_metadata)
Open any campaign detail screen (Normal Lead or Lead Form)
Assign a collaborator who will manage customer chats
Assign a template (greeting, confirmation, follow-up)
If form includes mobile → Template auto-sends to the customer
Ticket is assigned to collaborator
If no mobile → Data saved only; manual follow-up needed
Use filters (date, platform, status) to track campaigns
Open Normal Leads for chat-based campaigns
Open Lead Forms for form submissions
Use Response Tab to check replies
Use Action Chat / Social Chat to manage conversations
Always assign both a collaborator and a template for campaigns → ensures smooth auto-response
Use mobile-required fields in Facebook Lead Ads → enables WhatsApp follow-up
For campaigns without mobiles → export details for email or phone call follow-ups
Check response counts weekly to measure ad effectiveness
Social Campaigns act as a bridge between ads and WhatsApp, ensuring every lead is contacted or stored for later action
