The Social Campaign section in Go4WhatsUp allows businesses to track, manage, and respond to campaigns run on Facebook and Instagram. It supports both Normal Leads (responses from ads) and Lead Forms (form submissions via Facebook Lead Ads).

With this feature, you can auto-respond to leads via WhatsApp, assign tickets to team members, and ensure no customer is missed.


What Happens in Social Campaigns

  • Displays campaigns from Facebook and Instagram Ads in two tabs:

    • Normal Lead Tab → Ad responses (includes images, collaborators, status)

    • Lead Form Tab → Form submissions from Facebook Lead Ads

  • Lets you:

    • Assign collaborators to handle leads efficiently

    • Auto-send WhatsApp templates to leads with mobile numbers

    • Track all customer responses in one place

Use Case

Example

  • Students submit the lead form on Facebook.

  • If a student provides a mobile number → Go4WhatsUp auto-sends a welcome WhatsApp template and assigns the ticket to a sales representative.

  • If no mobile number → Form details (name, email, interest) are saved in the system for manual follow-up via email or call.

1. Normal Lead Tab

Listing Fields:

  • S.No. → Serial number

  • Title → Campaign Name

  • Broadcast From → Facebook / Instagram

  • Collaborators → Assigned team member

  • Response Count → Number of responses

  • Created Date → Campaign creation date

  • Status → In Progress / Closed

  • Image → Ad creative preview

  • Action → View campaign details

Filters:

  • Duration (custom date range)

  • Platform (Facebook / Instagram)

  • Status (All / Closed / In Progress)

  • Page Size (10, 25, 50, 100)

Detail Screen:

  • Template Preview → Simulated WhatsApp preview

  • Title, Social Type, Source URL, Collaborators

  • Response Tab → Lists leads generated

  • Action Chat → Open direct WhatsApp chat

  • Social Chat → Chat threads linked to this campaign


2. Lead Form Tab

Listing Fields:

  • S.No. → Serial number

  • Title → Form Name

  • Broadcast From → Platform (FB/IG)

  • Collaborators → Assigned staff

  • Action → View campaign

Setup Steps:

  1. Connect your Facebook account

  2. Grant permissions:

    • leads_retrieval → Fetch lead form data

    • pages_manage_metadata → Manage ads

  3. Select your portfolio, page, and ad accounts

  4. Once connected → Lead form data flows into Go4WhatsUp

Lead Form Detail Screen:

  • Shows all customers who submitted the form

  • Two lists displayed:

    1. Forms with Mobile Number → Customers can be auto-replied on WhatsApp

    2. Forms without Mobile Number → Data is saved; manual follow-up required

Admin Actions:

  • Mobile number present → Auto-send template + assign ticket

  • No mobile → Store data for reference; no direct WhatsApp reply


Step-by-Step Workflow

Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Account

  1. Go to Lead Form Tab → Click Connect Facebook

  2. Log in and select business portfolio, pages, and ad accounts

  3. Approve permissions (leads_retrieval and pages_manage_metadata)

Step 2: Assign Collaborators & Templates

  1. Open any campaign detail screen (Normal Lead or Lead Form)

  2. Assign a collaborator who will manage customer chats

  3. Assign a template (greeting, confirmation, follow-up)

    • If form includes mobile → Template auto-sends to the customer

    • Ticket is assigned to collaborator

    • If no mobile → Data saved only; manual follow-up needed

Step 3: Track & Respond

  1. Use filters (date, platform, status) to track campaigns

  2. Open Normal Leads for chat-based campaigns

  3. Open Lead Forms for form submissions

  4. Use Response Tab to check replies

  5. Use Action Chat / Social Chat to manage conversations

  • Always assign both a collaborator and a template for campaigns → ensures smooth auto-response

  • Use mobile-required fields in Facebook Lead Ads → enables WhatsApp follow-up
