Download Campaign/Customer Data in Excel ?


### Steps to download Campaign/Customer Data in Excel ?

1. Go to the **Campaign Messages** section.
2. Click on **Campaign History** section.
3. Open the specific **Campaign** you want to check.
 Click on the **Eye (:eye:) icon** to view the details.
4. Here, you can see: select particular type
   * **Total Customers Messaged**
   * **How many Read the Message**
   * **How many Responded**
   * **How many were Not Sent**
5. Use the **Filter** option to select the data you need (e.g., *Not Sent, Responded, or Total Customers*).
6. Click on the **Download** option.
7. The selected data will be downloaded in **Excel file format**.
