Downloading Campaign Data or Customer Data in Excel helps you analyze WhatsApp campaign performance, track customer responses, and maintain records for reporting and follow-ups inside your Go4Whatsup WhatsApp Business API CRM.
Go to the Campaign Messages section.
Click on the Campaign History section.
Open the specific Campaign you want to check.
Click on the Eye (đ) icon to view campaign details.
Here, you can view and select a particular data type:
Total Customers Messaged
How many Read the Message
How many Responded
How many were Not Sent
Use the Filter option to select the data you need
(e.g., Not Sent, Responded, or Total Customers).
Click on the Download option.
The selected data will be downloaded in Excel (.xlsx) format.
