Go4WhatsUp Package History

The Package History section allows you to track all purchased and active subscription packages in Go4WhatsUp, including add-ons and upcoming plans. This ensures transparency in subscription usage, payment status, and feature tracking.


What Happens Here

  • View details of all purchased packages and active plans.

  • Track add-on purchase history and their active usage.

  • Monitor upcoming plans with payment options.

  • Filter and review historical data for easier reference.


Viewing Package History

  1. Open Package History in your Go4WhatsUp account.

  2. Click the View icon next to any package to see complete details of that plan.

  3. For add-ons, click the View icon in the add-on list to view details of purchased or active add-on packages.


Upcoming Plan Options

When a user selects a new plan while keeping the current one active, two payment options are available:

1. Pay Now

  • The new plan becomes effective immediately after payment.

  • The current plan is replaced seamlessly.

2. Pay Later

  • The current plan remains active until payment is completed.

  • Users are notified to pay later.

  • Once payment is completed, the new plan becomes applicable.

  • If payment is not made, the current plan continues as usual.


Add-on Section

  • Displays the complete add-on history for the account.

  • Includes purchase date, validity, quantity, and amount.

  • Data can be filtered using the PACKAGE_HISTORY_TWO_START range and Date filters for easier tracking.

  • Helps businesses manage additional resources such as extra users, ChatBots, broadcasts, or storage.

A digital marketing agency uses Go4WhatsUp. They check the Package History to see all purchased ChatBot slots and broadcast add-ons. When planning for an upcoming campaign, they review the upcoming plan section to ensure enough quota is available and decide whether to Pay Now or Pay Later.
