How to Check Payment in Meta Business Suite ?

If you are using the WhatsApp Business API through Go4Whatsup, all your billing and payment details are managed inside Meta Business Portfolio (formerly Business Manager), not Meta Business Suite.
 Follow the steps below to view or manage your WhatsApp API payment settings.

Steps to Check Payments in Meta Business Portfolio

  1. Open your Facebook account and log in.

  2. In a new tab, go to Meta Business Portfolio (Business Manager).

  3. On the top menu, you will see Existing Portfolio.

  4. Click on it and select the Portfolio where your WhatsApp API is active.

  5. Go to Settings – your Portfolio settings page will open.

  6. Click on WhatsApp Accounts.

  7. Select your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).

  8. Click on Payment Settings – here you can view all payment details such as:

    • Billing threshold

    • Payment method

    • Invoices

    • Transactions

    • Recharge/Auto-payment options

How to Make a Manual Payment

  1. Inside Payment Settings, click on Pay.

  2. Complete the payment through your preferred option.

How to Change or Add a Payment Method

  1. Go to Payment Settings.

  2. Click on Add Payment Method.

  3. Add a new card or update your existing card details.
