The Package Management section lets you view and manage your Go4WhatsUp subscription, including plan details, quotas, add-ons, and upcoming packages. This ensures complete transparency in billing and usage.

How to Manage Your Package

1. View Current Plan

  • Open Package Management → Current Plan section.

  • Review plan name, validity, status, and payment gateway.

2. Check Plan Quotas

  • View quotas for ChatBots, Broadcasts, Users, Storage, Groups, etc.

  • Monitor remaining usage to avoid overage.

3. Manage Add-ons

  • Active add-ons show purchased extras, e.g., additional users or content generator tokens.

4. Upgrade or Downgrade Package

  • Select a new plan and confirm payment or refund adjustment.

  • Quotas and features are updated instantly.

5. Unsubscribe

  • Stops auto-renewal after the current plan ends.

  • Existing plan remains active until expiry.


Current Plan Fields

  • Plan Name: e.g., Pro New Monthly.

  • Package Type: Monthly / Annual.

  • Purchased Date: Date of subscription.

  • Valid Till: Expiry date.

  • Subscribe Type: Subscribed / Trial.

  • Payment Gateway: Razorpay, Stripe, etc.

  • Plan Status: Active / Expired.

  • Package Amount: Base cost.

  • Tax GST: Calculated GST.

  • Subtotal: Package + tax.

  • Total Paid Amount: Final payment.


Plan Quotas

  • Features: Type of resource (ChatBot, Broadcast, User, Storage).

  • Total Quantity: Limit in plan.

  • Remaining Quantity: Left to use.

  • AddOn Total Quantity: Extra purchased.

  • AddOn Remaining Quantity: Extra still available.

  • Status: Active / Used.


Active Add-ons & Additional Features

  • Shows purchase date, validity, quantity, and amount.


Side Menu Options

  • Unsubscribe: Stops renewal but keeps current access till expiry.

  • Upgrade/Downgrade: Switch plans instantly.

  • Subscribe: Activate a new plan, replacing existing quotas.


Upcoming Plan

  • Displays future package selection.

  • Fields: Name, Package Type, Purchased Date, Status.

  • Activate Button: Apply immediately to switch plans.
