Setting Up Your Availability

1. Navigate to the Appointments section in Go4WhatsUp.

2. Click on the Add Icon (+) to create a new time slot.

3. Select the desired time range for your availability:

   • Morning: 9 AM – 12 PM

   • Afternoon: 1 PM – 4 PM

   • Evening: 5 PM – 8 PM

   • Night: 8 PM – 10 PM

4. To allow multiple customers to book the same slot, check the “Allow Multiple Booking for Same Time Slot” option.

5. Repeat the process to add multiple slots for different parts of the day.

6. Click Update to save your schedule.

Managing Your Slots

• Edit: Modify any existing slot as needed.

• Delete: Remove a slot if it is no longer required.

• Once your slots are saved, a default template named BookAppointment (Type: DefaultTemplate (Custom)) is automatically created under Manage Templates.
