How to Use Appointment Enquiries

1. Enquiries

  • Default Slots: Customers enter date/time freely.

  • Custom Slots: Customers choose from predefined time slots.

  • Google Calendar: Sync slots directly from Google Calendar.

  • Calendly: Redirect customers to your Calendly page for booking.

2. Configuration

  • Set WhatsApp templates for confirmations, follow-ups, and reminders.

  • Customize messages for different booking types or appointment categories.

3. Booking Slots

  • Define slots by time of day (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night).

  • Toggle to allow multiple bookings per slot if needed.


Enquiry Screen

Columns:

  • S.No. → Serial number

  • Customer Name → Name of the person making the enquiry

  • Mobile Number → Customer contact number

  • Enquiry Type → Default / Custom / Google / Calendly

  • Callback/Meeting → Scheduled callback or meeting

  • Time Slot → Selected slot

  • Description → Any notes about enquiry

  • Created Date → When enquiry was logged

  • Enquiry Date → Requested appointment date

  • Action → Chat / Order

Filters:

  • Date filter, page size control for easy sorting.


Configuration Screen

  • Assign WhatsApp templates triggered after booking.
