  2. Open the ticket you want to assign.

  3. Click on Assign Task.

  4. In Assignee Name, select the collaborator’s name.

  5. Add a Description for the task.

  6. Select the Due Date for the ticket.

  7. Click on Save to assign the ticket successfully.
