How to Use Call Log

1. View Call Logs

  1. Open the Call Log screen.

  2. Latest calls appear at the top.

  3. Save the view for future reference.

2. Make Calls

  • Use the dialer pad.

  • Filter contacts alphabetically or by type (All, Normal, Group).

  • Search by name or number.

3. After Call

  • Add a note summarizing the conversation or outcome.

4. Call History (Per Number)

  • Click the Call History icon next to a contact.

  • View all calls made or received with that number.


Call Log Screen

Fields:

  • S.No. – Serial number

  • Contact Name/Number – Name or WhatsApp number

  • Call Type – Incoming, Outgoing, Missed

  • Date/Time – When the call occurred

  • Note – Added after call

Actions:

  • History – View detailed history with this contact

  • Chat – Open WhatsApp chat with contact

  • Call – Redial the contact


Dialer Pad

  • Filters: Alphabet, All, Normal, Group contacts

  • Search: Find specific contacts by name or number


Call History (Per Number)

  • Fields:

    • Call Type → Incoming/Outgoing/Missed

    • Date/Time → When call happened

    • Call Status → Completed/Missed

    • Ending Note → Notes added after call


Meta Policy Restrictions

  • Customer consent is required before calling new numbers.

  • Maximum 5 calls per day per contact are allowed as per Meta API.

A sales agent calls a customer via WhatsApp. The call log records the call, and the agent adds a note:

“Customer interested, follow-up next week.”
