Integration
Steps
1. Connect
Zoho

Integration screen in Go4WhatsUp.

Sync

integration screen.
Apply filters such
as organization or activity status to narrow down
users.
Synced users appear in the Users
Tab in Go4WhatsUp.
3. Lead
Sync
Import leads from Zoho into Go4WhatsUp.
Use filters such
as organization or tags for refined control.
Synced leads are displayed under the Leads
Tab.
4. Set
Greeting Templates
Choose a WhatsApp greeting
template to send automatically when a new lead arrives.
Configure templates
