The Zoho Integration connects your Zoho CRM with Go4WhatsUp, enabling smooth synchronization of users and leads between both platforms. Once integrated, you can:

  • Sync users and leads in real-time.
  • Send targeted WhatsApp broadcasts.
  • Automatically trigger welcome templates for new leads.

This integration helps you streamline communication, automate lead management, and maintain consistent engagement across WhatsApp and Zoho CRM.

  • Connect your Zoho account using valid credentials.

  • Sync users and leads directly into Go4WhatsUp.

  • Filter data by organization, tags, or activity status.

  • Send targeted WhatsApp broadcasts to leads or users.

  • Auto-send greeting templates when new leads are added.

Integration Steps

1. Connect Zoho

  • Navigate to the Zoho Integration screen in Go4WhatsUp.
  • Enter your Zoho CRM credentials or API key.
  • Authorize the connection to enable data sync.

2. User Sync

  • Fetch a list of Zoho users directly from the integration screen.
  • Apply filters such as organization or activity status to narrow down users.
  • Synced users appear in the Users Tab in Go4WhatsUp.

 3. Lead Sync

  • Import leads from Zoho into Go4WhatsUp.
  • Use filters such as organization or tags for refined control.
  • Synced leads are displayed under the Leads Tab.

 4. Set Greeting Templates

  • Choose a WhatsApp greeting template to send automatically when a new lead arrives.
  • Configure templates per organization for better personalization.

 5. Global Settings

  • ON → Auto-send greeting templates for new leads.

  • OFF → No automated greetings are sent.

 6. Logs

  • Access the Logs Section to track which leads received templates.
  • Use logs for auditing or troubleshooting automation.
